Been going here for a while because my barber moved here, from the getgo it's been daunting... always distracted, walking away, chatting it up w whoever about whatever, look I get it.. its a barber shop but when you get ignored for over 10 min watching these guys play on their phones and walk right pass you not asking if you need assistance is just not good. Besides that this place is a dirty dump of a shop with nice furniture. Plenty of great shops around. To my barber... hope you find a better spot.
If I could give a 0 star, I would! It was terrible customer service! My husband & i walked in, sat down & no one asked him if he needed help. Some of the barbers were sitting in their chairs on their phone & some barbers, looked at us and just walked outside, right by us without asking if we had been helped. We sat there waiting to be helped for 10 min and no one said a word to him. We just walked out & no one even cared or said anything to us. Don't waste your time, go to a real barber shop!
