Terrible customer service. My boyfriend and I walked in and were completely ignored. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no “we’ll be with you shortly”….nothing! We sat there for 20 minutes before finally asking how much longer the wait would be, only to be told that appointments were required. If appointments are mandatory, why let customers sit there for 20 minutes without saying a word? It would have taken less than 10 seconds to let us know when we walked in. Everytime I come here, they literally will have you sitting there waiting and not say a single word. No one tells you if they will be able to take you, when they will be able to take you. How long, hello, nothing. They just have you there looking stupid.

In this barber shop, I would like to thank Anddy for giving me the opportunity to work as a DJ because I wanted the barbers and customers to listen to my music there too.
