Told me to call back later in the day to schedule my appointment so when I called the second time like they asked I then got told they no longer had any appointments available so pretty disappointed in there front desk staff

Came in for the first time with my 6 year old son and Tatum did such an amazing job! He’s never had a haircut this good!
I booked an appointment online, and then arrived 5 minutes early. I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes, and saw 0 employees. Checked the rooms and they were all ampty. I tried calling the phone number and no one answered. I then left. This is the second time this has happened at this location.
