Always a great experience here. Kate gives an excellent haircut and I always look forward to chatting with her.
Tried 3 times to make a reservation on their terrible website. Never got any kind of confirmation or anything in return. Decided to go in on my day off since the website says they take walk-ins. Sat down and waited for about 15-20 minutes and just left. Was never greeted or anything. Horrible experience, never even got my hair cut.
