Came in and asked for my bangs to be trimmed and a fade. Hoa Bui proceeded to shave my head. Never in my life have I had my jaw drop in astonishment at someone doing such a disservice in an attempt to do their job.
Don't don't don't. They started cutting my hair without even asking me what I want. Holy cow. Literally the worst haircut I've ever had. It's 10 different lengths
