Be very careful of this guy. I paid my rent every month on time for over a year. When I came to collect the deposit he said I was a month behind. When I checked his sheet against all my checks he had not added a check. He's very slippery guy.....protect yourself. When we first got there he was taking a backhoe and emptying out one or 2 units.

Great guy to rent from vary friendly and understanding to someone and their needs
I had a storage here for several years the people that own this storage facility are very nice they work with you if you a few extra days to get there to pay your bill my stuff was always safe there nothing was ever damaged and it was always dry they also have the best price for any storage facility
