first of all the phone etiquette is trash. second of all the way they handle walk-ins and appointments need to be clarified. long story short, this would’ve been my first visit since im new to the area and after the phone conversation I WILL NEVER go to this barbershop. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE……smh
Cut was ok but the service was horrible. The owner or someone claiming to be the owner was very short, talked on the phone the whole time and man handled my head. To sum it up, he act like that he had a problem cutting my hair. Not sure what his issue was but I won’t be going back.
Very unprofessional the gentleman to the front door to the left gave me his contact information and told me to call him and shoot him a text and he never responded or answer my text needs to do better
