I visited this business after seeing online that they offer braiding services. When I arrived, one of the staff members asked a lady if she could braid my hair, and she replied, (“I can, but no thanks.” )I found that response very unprofessional and disappointing. If a service is listed on their website, customers shouldn’t have to drive all the way there just to be turned away without a valid reason.
