Jim worked very hard for me while on vacation to get insurance after I was in a car accident totally not my fault but I was told to cancel my insurance and ended up with a lapse of insurance Jim fought for me For almost 2 weeks until he got my insurance fixed. Very understanding and compassionate Jim treated me like family.
