We had a few challenging moments which David was unaware of and when bought to his attention - David stepped in immediately rectified the situation even when his business was closed. Definitely a reliable and honest guy to work with. Highly recommended working with him personally!
I didn’t realize how little I understood about our coverage until they walked us through it. They explained everything in plain English, answered all of my (many) questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Terrible customer service. They do not follow up whatsoever. They do not look out for their customers. I was a long time customer. They don’t value long time customers. They charge insane prices. Amazing how much they upcharge policies. Beware!
