We had a few challenging moments which David was unaware of and when bought to his attention - David stepped in immediately rectified the situation even when his business was closed. I didn’t realize how little I understood about our coverage until they walked us through it. They explained everything in plain English, answered all of my (many) questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured.
