We had our belongings in Barber Enterprises for about 10 months. Went to retrieve them and found mouse dropping EVERYWHERE! And dead mice on the floor after removing our things. I was bawling realizing how much was ruined and not knowing what was contaminated. Everything near the door was soaked and ruined. (And if you pay your month and leave A WEEK before the next billing cycle, THEY STILL CHARGE YOU THE NEXT MONTH!! WHO DOES THIS?!) Payment issues were corrected. Mice are an issue.

Rented a unit this weekend. Very easy to sign up and pay online. Door works well, inside of unit clean. However, they are sorely in need of basic maintenance. There’s trash all over the property, leaves piled high outside the roll up doors and no visible signs of any security whatsoever. Easy mark for thieves. I used for convenience but the lack of maintenance and security worries me.

Great prices and very friendly owners. They were very accommodating and I would recommend using their facilities for your storage needs!
