I had an amazing experience with Barber DME Supply Store. The staff was kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help me get a pregnancy pillow during a stressful time. Even after I paid out of pocket, the manager, Ricardo, personally followed up and worked with Tricare to get it covered and refunded. That level of care and dedication meant so much to me, especially while pregnant and in pain. I highly recommend Barber DME for their outstanding customer service and compassion. 5 stars!
