Stephan T - terrible customer service! I had an appointment with Stephan T, I showed up on time, and waited while the barber ran long with another client. That happens — I get it. What doesn't sit right is that there was no acknowledgment, no "sorry for the wait," no eye contact, nothing. I was invisible. I eventually left without a word, because frankly, none were offered to me either. Respecting someone's time costs nothing.
