Young bloke told me he will go out the back and look for a spare part I was desperately after. Waited 25 minutes, he never came back. Asked his colleague and he said to give my details and they will call. What a joke. Nothing. Never buying a smoker or anything from them again.
Worst experience ever !!! Went to buy a bbq for my dad, the young bloke who served me had bad customer service. I asked if my dad could pick up the bbq tomorrow and if that was okay, and the young bloke responded with not my problem I’m not here. Then when it came to rating your experience at the counter, the young bloke clicked his own rating at 10 and said I’m giving myself a 10. His attitude was awful and I didn’t appreciate it at all. Don’t want to go back there
Depressed. I made 3 barbecues and on the first one it was like this. I hope you're also not toxic. I will find out and if so I will make a letter to document.
Darren was beyond awesome - it is seldom that one comes across a person so committed to going above and beyond to help customers - he sure is on ultra knowledgeable professional!!
