Worst experience ever !!! Went to buy a bbq for my dad, the young bloke who served me had bad customer service. I asked if my dad could pick up the bbq tomorrow and if that was okay, and the young bloke responded with not my problem I’m not here. Then when it came to rating your experience at the counter, the young bloke clicked his own rating at 10 and said I’m giving myself a 10. His attitude was awful and I didn’t appreciate it at all. Don’t want to go back there
Depressed. I made 3 barbecues and on the first one it was like this. I hope you're also not toxic. I will find out and if so I will make a letter to document.
Darren was beyond awesome - it is seldom that one comes across a person so committed to going above and beyond to help customers - he sure is on ultra knowledgeable professional!!
We bought a BBQ and once we got it home we noticed the hooded lid was dented from storage in the warehouse. Darren was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond; he drove from Hornsby to Manly to source and personally deliver a replacement BBQ on his day off. It was beyond any service we would have expected. Will absolutely be back for any other needs.
Darren is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help you find the right BBQ for you. Always a pleasure to walk in and get such wonderful service!
