Way over priced and pricematch guarantee is a joke. Rang up to see if they would price match and the person on the phone was just arrogant. Contacted customer service and got a price match promo code, drove 2 hours to the store to pick up a smoker, they wouldn't accept the promo code and wouldn't let me order online and click and collect it that day even though they had stock. No wonder why they are in administration. Will never shop there again.
Went there to have a look at the pellet smokers ,found the staff member to be very rude ,had a look around went out and brought one from next door
Had my mind set on a Ziggy this morning. Spent 5-10 minutes browsing a deciding which one to get. I felt like I was intruding or in the way as team members walked passed and around with no acknowledgement whatsoever. I thought that's enough, went next door to Betta and spent $1800..
