Great service friendly honest & knowledgable staff
Helpful staff, good range of stock, clean and tidy store with good accessibility for prams and wheelchairs to most areas.
Definitely won't be back. No one asked if I needed help witch I did need help had to flag someone down n was good ish help. Got what I needed then when to the counter to pay no hello no nothing I guess this guy owns the store very rude. This isn't the first time I have shopped here definitely won't be back. Need better customer service.
Initial sales person was great when ordering firepit. When came time to pickup different person service (manager) was disgusting very rude and in front of my kids, did not follow BBQ gallore policy and point blank refused to even listen to me. Have spoken to HR initial phone call amazing happy to help they asked me to send email of proof of purchase etc to get refund done that no reply since forwarding on information required. Not pleasant experience from store to even HR level. Won't be purchasing from here again.
Friendly and helpful staff. These guys know their BBQs. Recommend a visit when ur looking for a BBQ
