His friendly knowledge, patient in explaining all the features of the barbecues were truly appreciated. I would highly recommend Charlie to anyone considering purchasing a bbq. Charlie @ the store damn near right smashed Customer Service out of the ballpark today! Never met the bloke prior, yet he whipped out all the stops, literally going above & beyond assisting me with a spare parts issue. You can tell when someone is passionate about their job & this reflects in their service - Charlie, you deserve a raise, at minimum an 'Employee Of The Month' award....! Thanks again

Big thanks to Charlie who spent so much time with us today as we picked out a BBQ. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well as being very friendly. He really listened to our needs and circumstances and based his suggestions on this. We will be back!
