Bad experiences from Shane I had a very bad experience at Barbeques Galore Richmond. I purchased a Honey Gold BBQ sauce from this store and later found that it was already expired at the time of sale. Selling expired food is unacceptable and unsafe. I then called the store to resolve the issue, but the staff member named Shane was extremely rude, yelled at me and raised his voice when soeaking and hung up on me multiple times. Great Service.. attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff
I had a very good experience with BBQ Galore, both on the phone to the Epping store and in person at the Richmond store, big shout out to young Charlie at Richmond.
Recently I was served by Shane and Charlie at the Richmond store. Wonderful attitude and much care taken. Thank you both.
