Bad experiences from Shane I had a very bad experience at Barbeques Galore Richmond. I purchased a Honey Gold BBQ sauce from this store and later found that it was already expired at the time of sale. Selling expired food is unacceptable and unsafe. I then called the store to resolve the issue, but the staff member named Shane was extremely rude, yelled at me and raised his voice when soeaking and hung up on me multiple times.
