Charlie was amazing !! He was so helpful and so passionate about his job and BBQ’s. We bought our whole BBQ setting for our new house. Highly recommend.
Visited the store today — great experience! Very wide display with plenty of options and an impressive range on show. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I came in to check out the new Coleman BBQ range and was really impressed. Excellent service all around!

Great selection of BBQ’s, incredible and knowledgeable staff & stocks everything you need for a perfect summer day! Sausages cooked on the BBQ outside too, which are very yummy ! Shout out to Charlie - so so so helpful, thank you !
Not sure if it was Charlie going off recent reviews, actually disappointed in myself for not checking his name BUT a treasure in customer service to the young bloke who recommended the wood wool today (sat 20th sept) and just general approach to his job! Great to see this still exists in Aust!
