At BBQ Galore! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with any questions. They made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for both quality products and excellent customer service.

Went into our local store 3 staff members there didn't acknowledge my existence walked around looking at different bbqs hoping to get help When I started to approach 1 disappeared behind counter and the other 2 raced off to the front to help someone with a gas bottle refill Needless to say I left and spent my $1800 elsewhere 🤣🤣🤣
Staff are amazing polite respectful. An love a chat and did i say helpful yep they are love customer service.
