I do agree with all the previous one -star reviews regarding bad customer servicing and issues re warranty claims support through the store I was also blamed over the phone in being highly aggressive towards the staff member, whe we both know that this is a straight forward LIE, and I'm not willing to accept these allegations from you! Service here is BRILLIANT. Was shopping around before Christmas for a BBQ suitable for our small balcony, and Caine was just wonderful. Helpful, knowledge and courteous. He even hand delivered our purchased BBQ to the car. Went back again this week to purchase some accessories, and the service was just as good. Highly recommend.
Bought a Ziggy BBQ on Christmas Eve , not only was Max very help in slacking the right BBQ for my needs, also gave me a great deal with a couple extra items I requested 👍
