BUYER BEWARE !!! Much of the stock left have missing parts. The store manager who has anger issues won't tell you this and goodluck trying to get a refund as in his own words "I DON'T CARE".
Went to get a gas refill and they had shut everything down 15 minutes before closing time. Staff refused to serve me and even had the nerve to tell me I should’ve come earlier. All of this due to his own indolence. I have been coming here regularly for the past two years and have purchased TWO barbecues from this place. I ended up going across the road to Anaconda where they are open later and were cheaper. Never using BBQs galore again.

I purchased and fully paid $2,800 for a heater from BBQ Galore North Lakes over two months ago, and it has still not been delivered. Despite multiple follow-ups, the level of customer service has been extremely disappointing, with little to no communication or resolution. As of today, I have neither received the product nor been issued a refund. This situation is completely unacceptable. The store itself is spacious and with a wide range of products. Plenty of parking available throughout busy periods. The staff is friendly but their delivery service ( the one offered by the staff) could be organised better.
