I purchased and fully paid $2,800 for a heater from BBQ Galore North Lakes over two months ago, and it has still not been delivered. Despite multiple follow-ups, the level of customer service has been extremely disappointing, with little to no communication or resolution. The store itself is spacious and with a wide range of products. Plenty of parking available throughout busy periods. The staff is friendly but their delivery service ( the one offered by the staff) could be organised better.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I purchased a BBQ for around $2,000 over three months ago. It arrived with a broken grill, and I was told a replacement would be sent so I could use it. Three months later, I am still waiting. I’ve been left with an expensive BBQ that I cannot use, despite multiple follow-ups. No clear communication, no resolution, and no sense of urgency. Completely unacceptable service for a product at this price point. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Sell cheap Chinese steel that rusts as you unpack it. Stay away
