Staff here are always very helpful and friendly. Recently purchased a smoker even though the web site said out of stock (only arrived that morning and was sold out state wide), staff were more than happy to hold one for me to collect within a reasonable time frame. Great range of BBQs, smokers, rubs, and always good sale prices on a large range of products.
Attitude of the manager is appalling. Won't be back.
