Matt from BBQ’s Galore at Morayfield provided excellent customer service for all of my purchases. His product knowledge is exceptional and he is very easy to deal with. Highly recommend seeing him if you’re after anything!
I am extremely annoyed!! Ordered an item on weekend to be delivered to the store the following Thursday - it did not arrive, the Warehouse "had issues". Then was told it will definately be the next Thursday - it did not arrive. Cancelled my order and will be taking this purchase, the consumables for the smoker, and my next BBQ purchase somewhere else.
