I had an outstanding experience at BBQ Galore Moorabbin thanks to Ryan and Nieson. Before meeting them, I had visited the store a few times and left without making a purchase. I simply wasn’t confident enough to commit to something at this level. Ryan was the one who mainly assisted me, and his approach made all the difference. There's an older sales person there named John. Unfortunately, we found him to be very arrogant. We asked questions....and he simply had no clue. They're BBQs.....how hard can it be?? It's not rocket science. They're a head office owned store and the sales people have a no care attitude. A prime example of why their business is in BIG trouble. Avoid this one. Try a franchise store. They're probably more invested in succeeding and ultimately you as a customer.
Disappointed that there was very little newness in store and nothing in the bbq section was inspirational.
I bought some charcoal. Was good charcoal.
