One of the ladies that works there Fern went out of her way to organize a fireplace flue cap for my house spent quite a long time organizing the right measurements and ordering things in and went above and beyond customer service
Staff are rude and ignorant. Website stock levels are wrong and never fixed. What a complete waste of time. Will not shop here and based on this experience try to avoid Barbeques Galore in general.
