Good range of products at reasonable prices, easy parking, staff helpful and friendly.
Paid extra premium for delivery and set up of a Ziegler & Brown BBQ. Courier arrived at my door empty handed, then went back to his truck to get it, and then finally threw 2x flat pack boxes at me. Compare to Weber, where the Qld store wheeled in a completely set up BBQ, and even plugged it into the gas for me. Legends! Customer support girl at Mile End blamed the online store for this Ziegler & Brown incompentence, so this review should really be for them.
Steph at Barbeques Galore Mile End is an absolute legend. Customer service and product knowledge is second too none. Had a bad experience at another brand of BBQ store today and so glad I ended up at Barbeques Galore and with a Ziggy.
