The manager here was superb. He went above and beyond to help us. His product knowledge was phenomenal.
I visited Barbeques Galore Majura Park today. I believe the staff member’s name was Kieran. He was extremely generous with his time and knowledge. I didn't make a purchase, but I want to give him a shout-out. Not only did he explain how I might be able to fix an issue with my old gas BBQ, but he also helped me shortlist a pallet smoker - the new Traeger Woodridge. I reckon he spent about 25 to 30 minutes with me. Once I do some research and make a decision, I’ll be back.
I bought a bbq smoker from bunnings but still I received great advice from this store about using my new smoker for the first time I was created by Kieren who was really nice, knowledgeable, established great instant rapport with me the customer and even helped carry things to my car I later called to speak to the store manager about the great customer service I received Turns out he was the manager I’ll be coming back to this in future Thanks again
