IN 2018 we purchased a Lawson Wood heater. We thought we were happy with it, except the fan making a noise, that annoyed us , but wasn't worth writing hoe about. In 2024 we found out that htere was an issue with the firebox itself. We contacted the launceston branch where we purchased and it started from there. I cannot say enough about Jon in Customer Care BBQ's Galore Victoria. This man went above and beyond for us and said that our wood heater would be replaced. Crap service. Staff don't care and instead of helping and checking, they just offer to cancel your item rather then trying to help sort it. Very disappointed.
