We were lucky to be attended by Connor who answered all our questions and more, especially compared to sales staff at 2 stores at Invermay. He was frank, honest and very helpful. Our fire is in and working great so I would lile to thank Connor and John (installer) very much for the job done and tips.

Launceston store - customer service here is terrible. So unfriendly and abrupt. There is newish staff here and they have no positive customer service to offer at all. My advice, go somewhere else as we did. Don’t have to put up with that. Very poor. Sunday 12/11/23 Adding further, why did I come here again. That’s it BBQ galore. Never again. $34.95 for a gas refill. $10 more than anywhere else!!!! When I voiced this, they said we don’t care if you don’t come here again! The most shocking customer service EVER. So arrogant. Two stars is for the service provided by Miranda regarding a bbq cover. The older gentleman when asked about sizes of covers was take it or leave it sort of chap and very abrupt you have disturbed me from the important job I was doing attitude.
