Scamed and ripped off. This is our first and last experience shopping at Barbeques Galore. Paid $2400 for a fireplace and was told if it's doesn't fit or work/faulty that we can return it for a refund. That was a month ago. We have been in the store three times asking for help. Called multiple times, and the phone rarely gets answered. Fireplace got damaged while loading into our car and was told it was our fault so they won't cover it.
