A huge shout out to Fraser. He went above and beyond in assisting us with our recent fireplace purchase. Great product knowledge, and nothing was too much trouble. Fraser was able to offer a great sale price and it’s so refreshing to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about. Thanks again Fraser!

Scamed and ripped off. This is our first and last experience shopping at Barbeques Galore. Paid $2400 for a fireplace and was told if it's doesn't fit or work/faulty that we can return it for a refund. That was a month ago. We have been in the store three times asking for help. Called multiple times, and the phone rarely gets answered. Fireplace got damaged while loading into our car and was told it was our fault so they won't cover it. Fantastic service from Chris the manager and his staff. I needed advice. He knew I wasn't buying but spent twenty minutes resolving my saxon Blackwood fire heater query. Absolutely brilliant after market service

We were looking for a good smoker and with the help of the great staff, we found one that was to our liking. We were very well informed on how to care for it and maintain it!! Perfect shopping experience!!

Bought a BBQ from this location. Had to work from home for delivery. Delivery company decided they weren't delivering that day which was a drama for us. State Manager for BBQ Galore 'Amanda' delivered the BBQ herself with her own car no less. Very very impressed. Well done guys. That's customer service.
