I have shopped with them for several years. I agree with the below comments that when an issue arises the warranty and support is poor. They just wash their hands of you and do so quite rudely
This place has the worst customer service. I have been here multiple times, and the middle-aged woman who works there is so rude! My wife and I were ready to spend $4000 on a Traeger Smoker, and she could barely choke out a hello. I told her I was very interested in the Treager Ironwood XL ($4000 price tag), but still, she wasn't overly interested in engaging with us. Bought a new bbq from here on back order. Friendly helpful staff.
Not negotiable at all on prices, disappointed as they're the only supplier of Ziggy BBQs in the area, if it wasn't for that I would have walked out!
We were in this store for over 20 min and no staff member approached us or asked if we needed help. Left the store very disappointed as we are looking to purchase an outdoor kitchen. Very disappointed
