I have shopped with them for several years. I agree with the below comments that when an issue arises the warranty and support is poor. They just wash their hands of you and do so quite rudely
This place has the worst customer service. I have been here multiple times, and the middle-aged woman who works there is so rude! My wife and I were ready to spend $4000 on a Traeger Smoker, and she could barely choke out a hello. I told her I was very interested in the Treager Ironwood XL ($4000 price tag), but still, she wasn't overly interested in engaging with us.
