Terrible service. Bought a bbq on sale. When I got it home I realised it was missing parts. Spoke to manager ( nikki) and was told it's now my responsibility to chase up the missing parts. No wonder bbqs galore went broke and into liquidation when you have staff like that running your store.
Big thank you to John and his manager for the nextgrill bbq I brought yesterday , excellent customer service. Thank you for giving me the one already build You little ripper!
Bought a new Ziggy elite 2 burner and was assisted by the most wonderful person Mandy. She was friendly and approachable. I was ready to buy the bbq immediately at the counter however rather than being transactional and just processing my order Mandy went out of her way to ask if there was anything else I wanted to know, took me to show the features of the bbq, helped with a small discount and even took the heavy equipment to my car and lifted it into the boot.
