Very disappointed with the after-sales support from BBQ Galore. I purchased a MasterBuilt AutoIgnite Series 545 Digital Charcoal Grill and Smoker less than one year ago. Unfortunately, a small animal entered the unit and chewed the wiring, causing the product to stop working. Save your money and go somewhere where they value customers. During the Black Friday sale, we went to buy an egg swing chair as it was at half price ($400). The salesman told us that there were 20 chairs in stock, and that our chair should arrive in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, we didn’t get any updates about the status of the chair so we went to the store to see what happened.
