Ordered the Firehawk 450B Smoker (which is a BBQ's Galore brand), proceeded with the initial startup program only to find the fan wasn't working, called BBQ's Galore who advised me to bring it into store so a technician can assess the problem. Done. Faulty fan. Technician requested a week to see if he could fix it. 1 week rolls by and the technician calls me stating he can't fix it and to head into store to hear the options. 2 options were given. 1- Get a replacement Firehawk and a free bag of pellets for the inconvenience. ... read more
