Should be 0 stars. Was told I had to spend $300 of my own money to be able to use $100 gift card I received for Xmas. Saw a Hark smoker advertised for $220 final sale. Went to ring it in at the counter where I was charged $370. When I showed the woman behind the counter that it was advertised at $220 on the price she told me she couldn't honour the price and changed the price in front of me to $370. I left without buying anything and will throw my gift card in the bin. No wonder they are going out of buisness
Customer service… what customer service?? Went in to buy an oven. Knew EXACTLY what I wanted… easy sale for the 2 females behind the counter. Stood in front of the oven for almost 5mins and no one approached!! Absolutely pathetic!! Not one person in the store. Just myself. They were talking amongst themselves behind the counter, looked at me, and nothing. Not even a hello as I walked in the door. Lazy and terrible.
