I had a very disappointing experience with Nat at the BBQ Galore Epping store. From the moment I approached her for assistance, her attitude was noticeably unfriendly and dismissive. Instead of offering help or trying to understand what I needed, she came across as impatient and uninterested, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable.
