Alex and Matt provided excellent customer service and had great sales skills. They were highly knowledgeable on all of their products and barbecues, and gave the freshest advice!
The salesperson that helped me was completely unknowledgeable and i ended up buying $40 worth of products that I didnt need. Im a bbq newbie and needed some specific cleaning help but the guy recommended me a metal spatula to scrape the firebox (even though I mentioned i saw it being flexible and plastic online) which ended up scratching the surface when I used it. Then I was recommended a coil brush to clean the griddle plates and it turned out to be completely useless with cleaning off stuck on food after cooking. Train yo... read more

Visited Barbeques Galore Chadstone earlier today and had a great experience. Sherine provided excellent service — very friendly, helpful, and informative. The store is in a convenient shopping area with easy parking, which made the visit even better. I was also happy to see the Coleman Dual Fuel barbecue on display. Highly recommend stopping by!
