Wanting to buy a Weber and went to check one out in store first. Googled “Weber Q series” and Barbeques Galore pops first, sponsored post “shop our range of Weber today” - brilliant. I drive out to Chadstone - they don’t stock Weber, just some knock off called “Ziggy” that the salesman tried to sell me on. You shouldn’t have the word “Weber” anywhere near your web code, app code or your Google keywords if you don’t sell the damn product. It’s completely dishonest and you wasted my time with this bs bait and switch tactic.
Great experience with Alex, very knowledgeable and impressed me. Sold me a Gozney Arc. Will be back.
Excellent customer service. Helen was very helpful , highly recommended retail store.
Older lady behind the counter less than helpful and had a sour look on her face every minute I was in the store. When I asked for info, it was like it was an inconvenience. Then was made to wait for a good 5-7 minutes while someone out the back finished his break without any explanation why the three free staff in the shop couldn't help.
