I went into the Castle Hill, NSW store to buy a few things and noticed when I reviewed the receipt that Susan had carelessly scanned an item incorrectly creating a charge. For the next 15-mins Susan blamed the scanning system, was unapologetic and generally could not care less as she reversed the transaction to refund the overcharge. What a painful experience!
Don't bother going here for gas refills. Service is rubbish.... tried numerous times and will only do it at highly specific times and days. With BCF no longer doing it, go to the new Anaconda store on Victoria Rd opposite Spotlight
A 9kg refill of a gas bottle is now $35 !! How do you justify the markup. Will be looking for somewhere else to refill.
