Don't bother going here for gas refills. Service is rubbish.... tried numerous times and will only do it at highly specific times and days. With BCF no longer doing it, go to the new Anaconda store on Victoria Rd opposite Spotlight
A 9kg refill of a gas bottle is now $35 !! How do you justify the markup. Will be looking for somewhere else to refill.
We walked in late on Sunday afternoon and had the pleasure of being greeted by Susan who was not only easy to talk with a friendly demeanour but incredibly knowledgeable. Terrible service at Barbecue Galore. When we arrived, one staff member was already serving a customer. Then another staff came from the back, saw us standing there, and completely ignored us. Two people were focused only on that one customer. It felt like they judged us and assumed we wouldn’t buy anything, so they didn’t even bother to say hello or offer help.
