Extremely helpful staff.
Disappointing. Online it says they have hibachi grill and we wasted 2-3 hours to go there to find out they were sold out.
Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. Offer 2 weeks before X MAs and Esky on wheels. Got delivered a whole pallet of fire bricks that got dumped in my driveway. Now 30th December and still no esky and the fire bricks still sitting in my driveway. I can’t even park my car. No one gets back to you. The customer service line is useless. No manager to speak to.
Amateurs. Don’t know how to do customer service, at all.
I went to barbeques galore today in Caringbah. The man who served me was very helpful. Barbeques galore didn't sell what I needed but the shop assistant found out for my that another store sold the item and he wrote down the information for me. Even though he wasn't going to make any money from me he went above and beyond. Thanks.
