William was accommodating and friendly when I rang with a small issue with our Ziggy 2 burner BBQ after 3 years of flawless cooking. He immediately suggested I bring it in and he was helpful, knowledgeable and fixed the issue immediately. Back BBQing happily once more thisevening. Thanks for your excellent customer service on a great product.
