Great shop all ways helpful
Although I don’t shop there often, in the past I’ve received generally good customer service. However, on 29/4/2025, this was not the case. The shop appeared empty of staff or customers, so I called out into the back room and a staff member apologised for being on the phone there. I said I needed to refill or replace my gas bottle. He then walked to the counter and said he needed to fix something up at the cash register first. Then another staff member, whom I hadn’t seen, asked him to serve me first.
