For my birthday, my Wife and family members purchased me a NexGrill barbeque on the 23rd Sep 2025 . On assembly we found that the Hood was unfortunately dented. My son and I returned back to the Barbeques Galore Butler store with the damaged hood assembly in the hope that it could have been replaced there and then. Visited the store several times. Rich has served me and service has been fantastic. Couldn’t ask for better. First for a grill and then smoker. Great representative of the company.
