Bought a Weber Traveller from bbqs galore at Bundaberg. Had some trouble with it after 6 months. So rang bbqs galore and spoke with Bruce. This is the worst customer service ever. He was very rude and did not want to know about it and said to pull it apart and bang everything then send Webber photos of what we have done. We spent over $600 for this and being in our 70s can not do and should not have to do what they asked. Will never deal with them again.
