Great service
Decent $$$ outlays require certain level of assurance, the staff demonstrated good subject matter expertise making the experience pleasant. Bought a Firehawk 450, the quality control on that product alone was beyond my expectations.
This is my go to store for bbq supplies. They have great bbq ingredients, hardwood lump charcoal at a price better than Bunnings, and lots of good specials. Staff are always helpful and friendly.
Ganga at the belconnen store was very helpful. She explained me how to repair my fame ignitors and helped me to locate the correct replacement parts for my BBQ. She made the process easy and was quite knowledgeable on the subject. Very satisfied with service.
