Decent $$$ outlays require certain level of assurance, the staff demonstrated good subject matter expertise making the experience pleasant. Bought a Firehawk 450, the quality control on that product alone was beyond my expectations.

This is my go to store for bbq supplies. They have great bbq ingredients, hardwood lump charcoal at a price better than Bunnings, and lots of good specials. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Ganga at the belconnen store was very helpful. She explained me how to repair my fame ignitors and helped me to locate the correct replacement parts for my BBQ. She made the process easy and was quite knowledgeable on the subject. Very satisfied with service.

Worst customer service ever, absolutely useless! I attended the store to get a gas bottle refill about 20mins before closing. First I had to wait 5mins while the sales person was on the phone. Then when I asked about the gas refill, I was told he needed to speak to his manager. The manager came and told me that they were closing for day and she was not filling gas bottles.
