I would like to thank Paige for her exceptional customer service. When we visited the store, there was some confusion at checkout because the displayed price was different from the actual product price. It was a simple mistake that could happen anywhere, but Paige handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. She acknowledged that the price tag had been placed incorrectly and explained that since we had selected the item based on the displayed price, it was only fair to honour that price. Excellent customer service and very helpful staff. They took the time to help me out with my pizza oven and were genuinely friendly and professional throughout the whole experience. It’s rare to find businesses that care this much about their customers. Highly recommend this BBQ shop — will definitely be coming back
