11am on a Saturday and the store manager hasn’t shown up to open the store leaving a poor younger staff member trying to figure out what to do. Wouldn’t be sticking with the current manager if I owned this store, can’t be good for business to keep the store shut several hours on a weekend because the manager overslept

I went in to purchase an adaptor this morning with my daughter. On entering the store, one sales person said to the other (both males) “here comes trouble” then proceeded to mansplain us. One of them tried to send us to Auburn without even trying to find the adapter… which was then located very easily. Not the type of service you expect from a large organisation. And with those outdated, misogynistic attitudes, we felt concerned for the young woman who was also working there.

Poor store management Sat 30/11 around midday. Trainee attempting to complete pi K up of our order pleasant and trying hard but needed assistance. Appeared more senior staff gave insufficient support and did not communicate with customer. Non customer duties seemed to take precedence. All in all recommend people shop at alternate bbq retailers.

Jim the Trainee was very helpful and let me know that there was a 3 for 2 special on. I was Purchasing two bottles of liquid smoke anyway so to get the free bottle of barbecue sauce was an added bonus. Thanks, Jim.
