Excellent service from Reece - went above & beyond. Rare to find such great customer service these days. From an on-site visit to quote on the right firebox, to waiting for it to come on special,to holding it for months until fitment,to liasing with local installers - they did it all. Highly recommend

Went in to look at a pizza oven, around 35 yo man with short dark hair served us, when talking to the man regarding the new bbq fittings he rolled his eyes at us and spoke to me with a condescending attitude, poor customer service and lost himself an $800 sale on the spot.
