We almost need to leave two separate reviews. Luke, the sales assistant who helped us purchase a wood fireplace and outdoor setting, was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. His customer service was excellent, and honestly, if it had only been based on our interaction with him, this would easily be a 5-star review. Im so over this store, spend thousands on an outdoor kitchen and missing natural gas jets.No stock in the store, so ordered the parts so my plumber can fit, 3 weeks later still waiting for the jets, when attending to the store get told it's been referred to the regional manager, Really?? Just want the jets, don't try and ring the store, it rings out.. had to drive in, and get told by the staff " cannot find the issue when looking up my name on the computer " ?????.. Customer service is a big zero....don't wate
I never went in to buy anything only had a question but the service and help was fantastic im sure if I want to buy anything I'll get the same help
