We recently bought the Austwood Thredbo fireplace from BBQ's Galore Geelong and couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to Toby, Damian, and Rob at BBQs Galore Geelong! I originally bought a product that turned out to be a bit of a dud, but these guys absolutely turned things around. They were helpful, understanding, and really went the extra mile to sort it out. Their customer service was top-notch and made a frustrating situation so much better. Legends all round – I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend the store!
I paid $4300 and didn’t get what i paid for , their answer was to drag it out further, never ever again , oh yeah couldn’t get the delivery date right after they charged me $170
The staff member who helped me was great.. He deserves a pay rise. Sorry, I can't remember his name.. I will be back
