A joy to shop there yesterday. The staff could not have been more helpful to this novice bbq-er. Sorted me out with everything I needed plus loads of advice. Thank you so much team.
Today while waiting outside the licensing dept I walked to bbq galore. The sign on the door said 'sorry for inconvenience. Back in 45 minutes' I was confused as people were still shopping in the store. When the door opened to let out a customer l asked what time was the 45minutes due. I was answered with a very abrupt answer 'when l get RID of these customers and have a lunch break we will open again'. Still waiting on my replacement bbq plate since January and not once has anyone reached out to me with ETA/Updates, I continue to call them. Same excuse different week, it’s embarrassing.
5 stars!! 10/10 service!! had a lovely lady called maddie and a very nice young man lauchlan help me when i got stung my a wasp outside the Store, Helped me with some first aid, gave me cold water, popped a fan in-front of me, put me on the most comfiest couch they had and made sure i was responsive and didn’t need an ambulance!! amazing workers and customer service! good job!
please give hannah a promotion!! she was so helpful despite being the only one at the register, and she is actually hilarious. also, she said i was the first one to say “you’re not a legend,” so that’s cool
