Bought a smoker yesterday for my hubby to cook our Xmas ham. It was dented down the whole side. So disappointing. Took it back today to get a refund as the joy of the purchase was now ruined. The woman who served me didn't even say sorry. Then she told me the one on the floor was also dented on top so she couldn't sell me that one.
