Had a BBQ put on hold yesterday afternoon to pick up tomorrow morning. Got a call 30 minutes after the original call saying the BBQ was no longer available as they had just sold it in a click and collect order. Really inconvenient as I couldn’t make it down there that afternoon due to traffic. What’s the point of a hold process if the item can still be sold.
