I started going as soon as I realized I was pregnant. I previously exercised at home, but had never done weight training because it seemed too intimidating. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed into an incredible environment that feels like a supportive sisterhood. Im so happy I found Maria, I never thought I could actually loose weight or feel better about myself working out.
