Great customer service. Ordered some plates for my home gym. The carrier damaged one of the plates during shipping. Customer Service at Barbell Standard quickly replaced the broken item and then followed up to ensure that the replacement met my expectations. Quality weights at an affordable price. Ordered from their team based on some positive recent reviews. I was not disappointed overall. The quality of weights that came in were great, and the price point was the best out there. The website clearly stated a few parts that weren’t in stock that would ship in a few weeks, but their team even provided a small credit back because it didn’t ship in their normal shipping timeframe.
