I had shopped around before signing up and found this to be the most welcoming and supporting bunch of people in a functional fitness setting. I have been lucky and blessed enough to be part of this amazing community! It has taught me, resilience, humility, and also made me look for a few sweat and tears at classes as well BUT I wouldn’t have it any other. Believe me, a change is good and sometimes a change is needed.
