Well what can I say... I started my health and fitness journey just over a few months now and im amazed at the results and how far my journey has come to date. I joined another gym just before I started at barbell Palace only to sign up and not go. Barbell Palace is such an amazing community and I’ve never felt so welcomed in a gym environment than I do here. After training solo for the past 5 years, I was a bit skeptical about going into a group training environment but just after my first session, I wished I joined Barbell sooner. The community, the support and the energy at Barbell is just amazing and makes my training not only more consistent but genuinely enjoyable. So grateful to be part of this place! ☺️
I've been going for the past 6 weeks, and I really love the community Stevie and the crew have created within. I had shopped around before signing up and found this to be the most welcoming and supporting bunch of people in a functional fitness setting. There are a mix of different people at various levels of their fitness journey but when that timer starts none of that matters but the effort you put in and the team mates that push you to your personal best. Good vibes with amazing people. Instantly felt a family vibe on my first session at the Palace. It’s been great coming to a gym where everyone is friendly, positive and funny!
