Ben has been able to help my son achieve his goals faster than any other program he has tried! His workouts align with his sports and personal goals. Ben is very knowledgeable, but is also personable and encouraging to my son. He’s not just a number to Ben and it shows!
Ben and his team has been amazing training my girls! They thoroughly enjoy their classes and is so much fun confident with weight training now. Barbell Coalition is an awesome choice for athlete training!
Our son really enjoyed the program this summer, he is 13 years old and entering the 8th grade this year. We have seen a lot of progress in only 11 weeks, he attained all of his goals on metrics. We appreciate that there is a lot of focus on proper form, joint protection, strength and conditioning in a positive learning environment. He has also become more invested in his nutrition, sleep, and overall health. A great experience for our family and an excellent program to keep him fit for his athletic program at school.
I signed our son up for the 12-week program with Ben and his team and it has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. He met both his weight gain and strength goals in just 10 weeks! He’s wrapping up the full program this week and we’ve already decided to renew. Ben and his team have been fantastic—great communication, a supportive environment and a clear focus on results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-structured and effective training program. It’s been a truly positive journey for my son!
