I recently visited this gym while traveling for work. It was very welcoming. The owner, Morgan, greeted me and got me checked in. He even let me borrow his straps for deadlifting. This place is really powerlifting heaven. In addition to a great community, you’ll find an impressive array of unique machines to strengthen every body part, particularly posterior chain. And as a bonus, the music is great \m/. I will definitely be back best time I’m in the area.
Rewelacja. Old school. Właściciel genialny: nie mogłem zainstalować apki to zostawił mi po prostu otwarte drzwi żebyśmy mogli zrobić trening o 6 rano. Porządne miejsce, pachnące żelazem. Idealne do ćwiczenia. Chociaż jestem na urlopie i trening robię taki na 50% żeby ciało odpoczęło to mam 3 dni doskonałej zabawy tutaj. Polecam !!!!
I’ve been here for just a short period, but for one it is everything you need and want if you’re looking for a true training gym, second the people are all knowledgeable, and friendly from the owner (Morgan) and all of the members. Last, but not least it’s 24/7 and under $100 dollars a month - need I say more.
This is an incredible gym. The owner is great and all the people there are super friendly. I was there on a day pass and multiple people came up to ask if I was new and offered to answer any questions. The equipment is also incredible. A truly great place to train.
Went to the Maidens of Iron event and it was amazing! People were great and the meet was well run!
